Terms

You will first need to make a request by contacting us by email: contact@live.fr don't forget to give us your order number.

• We will not accept any returns without prior request.
• return not supported (unless there is an error on our part, the return will be refunded).
• If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! You have 14 days following your purchase to return your product in exchange for a credit, a replacement product or a refund from the payment method used during your purchase.

We do not take back products:

• Sale items are neither returned nor exchanged. (specify when purchasing)
• Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging (under ring or on unremoved cardboard) exactly as you received them. Same for brands like ULACE, IRUN, FAMACO...in their original packaging unopened and torn.
• Items torn or cut when opening the packaging.
• Returned items must not show any signs of wear, stains or tried on. Laces are fabric products as soon as you try it on a pair of shoes you make it unfit for resale, we advise you to take the measurement of your old laces, otherwise no refund will be made.

Refund

Upon receipt of the products, we have a period of 14 days from receipt and verification of the goods to reimburse you.

The refund will be made directly to the payment method you chose.

By PayPal generally within the day or 48/72 hours.

By credit card within 48/72 hours to see it credited to your account depending on the bank.

If, however, you still have not received the refund, please contact us.
