Application of the general conditions of sale

The order by the Customer implies acceptance of all of the

these general conditions as soon as you check the acceptance box when ordering.

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, CRAZYLACE cannot be held liable.

The photographs illustrating the products in support of the text do not enter into the contractual field.

Order

Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. CRAZYLACE confirms acceptance of its order to the customer at the email address that the latter has communicated. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. CRAZYLACE reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. With us, the processing of your order is intended to be quick but may take up to 1 month under article L.212-16 if there is a delivery problem.


In case of stock shortage

When ordering, CRAZYLACE informs the buyer of the availability of the products he wishes to purchase. However, if despite all vigilance the products prove to be temporarily unavailable after the registration of your order (out of stock, etc.), we will inform you by e-mail of the additional delay or cancellation of the order.

In the event of cancellation of an item or order, the corresponding amounts will be deducted from the bank transaction or refunded.

Our Deliveries

Regarding ECO delivery:

Eco delivery, we want to give a helping hand in a difficult periodwith delivery at 2.20€ for 1 PAIR purchased below 6.50€ and new in Europe also for 3.80*. This delivery is fast (processing and delivery in approx. 48 hours) excluding weekends and public holidays. "However, this delivery does not benefit from tracking and Crazylace will not be able to take charge of the loss or theft of the shipment, upon validation of the choice of this delivery, you agree to make no request, unless there is an error on the product. "

As a general rule:

Delivery will be made by La Poste with tracking.*

Average delivery times: two to five (2 to 5) working days in Metropolitan France, four to six (4 - 6) days in Europe and ten to fifteen (10 -15) days for the rest of the world. It is specified that orders recorded on the Site on Friday afternoon from 11 a.m., Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders recorded on the Site on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.

The Products ordered by the Customer are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer has the option of having the Products delivered to an address other than his own, with the exception of PO boxes and hotels.

Delivery may not be ensured in the event of force majeure as defined in Article 10.1 below.

In the event of a delay in delivery by post, we invite you to report this delay by contacting our Customer Service by sending an email to the following address:

We also advise you to contact your "concierge - neighbors" who are kind enough to collect the packages.

We will contact the Post Office so that an investigation can be opened after the 15 working days of waiting according to their general conditions of sale imposed by the Post Office.

This Post investigation can last up to 21 working days from its opening date. If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-routed to your home as soon as possible. If, on the other hand, the product is still not located at the end of these 21 working days, the Post Office will consider the package as lost.

Upon closure of the investigation for loss, we will send you a replacement product (return at our expense). If the product(s) ordered are no longer available, you will be able to obtain a refund for the products concerned by the carrier's confirmed loss declaration.

In no case could Crazylace be held responsible for any possible delay in delivery.

Observation: missing or error on the goods, you will need to send us a photograph of the order received and an email with your order number. We will then be able to study your request. After study we will be able to return the missing product(s). Any proof is important for the management of your claim.

NO REFUND will be made on this type of claim which is the responsibility of both parties. (article 1644 of the Civil Code. (without proof.)

Customer address:

Any incomplete address may be subject to waiting after sending an initial warning email. It is important that in the proper management of our exchanges, an email address is valid.


Delivery charges:

Your order is shipped from Monday to Friday morning except for orders after 11 a.m. and (excluding weekends and public holidays.)

Your order is handled by La Poste by Lettre Suivie or a Colissimo service (from €2.90 in mainland France).

In the rest of the world, the support is by the French post office and then by the post office of your country, we offer delivery from €5.90. (Please note that the tracking is not the same from one country to another.)

Information :

Your order by registered letter is delivered directly to your mailbox without you needing to be at home. You absolutely need a mailbox because your order risks being returned. (Return costs will be at your expense.)

After processing, you can ask us for your tracking number to follow the progress of your order. (It is important when registering that your @ address is valid, because we will not be able to communicate the information to you.)

Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days (from receipt of the items) to withdraw. In case of request for exchange or refund, you will have to send us a request by email:crazylace@live.frindicating the reason(s). Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day of return of the product(s) indicated in your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you. The corresponding card will be automatically re-credited with the amount corresponding to the purchase.

In the event of receipt of a returned package whose contents do not comply with the return request or whose items do not comply with the return conditions mentioned above, crazylace.fr reserves the right to exercise all corresponding recovery actions from the Customer.

Please note that any order that has benefited from free shipping will not be refunded for delivery, also orders that have benefited from two free shipments simultaneously 1 week apart and who wish to return both orders will be charged a processing fee of €2.50.

If you are returning an item, please remember to include a copy of your purchase receipt (or your confirmation received by email) and to indicate the reason for the return as well as all of your contact details.

Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. CRAZYLACE cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or physical, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of the products sold. The liability of CRAZYLACE will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions which could have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of:
- from a professional association in the sector
- a consumer association

- It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the 'short period' of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. - that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller
- that the buyer uses the products in a normal way. Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive kindness, good faith always being presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer will contact the company as a priority to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, disputes will be brought before the competent courts.

Guarantee

In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects (Art. 1625 et seq. of the Civil Code). Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code); if the buyer goes to court, he must do so within a 'short period' of time' from the discovery of the hidden defect (Art. 1648 of the Civil Code). The guarantees do not cover defects and their consequences due to:
- failure to comply with the instructions given in the user and maintenance manuals
- any handling error as well as lack of maintenance of the products
- to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended
