How long do I have to return my order?
You legally have 14 days see the return conditions.
How long does it take to refund an order?
The refund will be made within 14 days, legal days. If you paid by credit card, you will have to wait 5 days for it to be credited to your account.
Payment by Paypal direct in 24 hours and if by credit card with Paypal 48/72 hours on your account. (this varies from one bank to another.)
I would like to buy in bulk. Do you offer discounted prices for individuals?
Yes, we are a wholesaler and we can certainly respond to your request by email.
Why are many shoelaces made of polyester?
If many laces are made of polyester, it is a choice of quality and resistance.
Because cotton does not have a great resistance over time as for its color, moreover it is not so ecological, it is one of the productions which requires the most water on earth and pesticide, often produced outside France. Which explains our choice.
Do you personalize the laces with inscriptions or designs on request?
Yes, our company has a design office that allows you to create the text, design, and color you want from 100 pairs of laces with the best heat transfer printing. All customizations are done on estimate. All that remains is to imagine the laces of your dreams.

Why are some laces out of stock?
