How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is generally processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• For delivery in France, please allow 2 to 3 business days.
• In Europe, allow up to 5/7 business days.
• For delivery to the rest of the world, delivery times vary between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the destination.
I can't find where to enter my promo code or other codes?
You need to enter your personal or promo code before entering your email address and continuing your order.
To do this, you must go to your shopping cart and you will find below it the field " Do you have a promo code or a gift card? ". Paste your code into this space, and everything will be applied automatically.
You should see it in your cart.
Why isn't it working? If your code is not working, it may be because you have already used the "new customer" code or your gift card has been exhausted.
If you haven't used anything, please send us an email so that we can assist you or get in touch with you.
How much time do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return, provided that the laces are new, unworn, untried, and accompanied by the invoice.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Once the return is validated, the refund is processed within 14 days, using the initial payment method (credit card, Paypal, etc.). The time it takes to appear in your account varies between 48 hours and 5 days, depending on your bank.
Can I buy in large quantities?
Yes, we offer sliding scale pricing starting from 100 pairs for individuals.
For professionals, we offer preferential pricing. Send us your request by email to receive our offers or a personalized quote.
Do you offer custom laces?
Absolutely. Starting from 50 pairs, our in-house design studio can customize your laces with inscriptions, logos, or designs, for events (festivals, birthdays, concerts, corporate communications, etc.).
All customizations are made via double-sided screen printing and sold under the Crazylace label for individuals for 50 pairs.*

Why are some models out of stock?
Some items are victims of their own success, particularly due to our collaborations with professionals.
Our restocking is regular: please do not hesitate to write to us to find out the back-in-stock date.
Where do your laces come from?
We work with the best global manufacturers, in France, Europe, and Asia.
Crazylace France has been the leading European site dedicated to shoelaces since 2009.
Our partners are direct-to-factory manufacturers who work on our behalf.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Yes! We offer empty gift boxes for purchase on our site, as well as laces already presented in gift sets.
Follow the instructions according to the desired format.

Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. No problem ordering your laces from abroad!
Are your payments secure?
Yes, all transactions are 100% secure via the 3D Secure protocol (Visa/Mastercard) and Paypal.

Why do you use polyester cotton for your laces?
We have chosen a polyester-cotton blend for better strength and increased durability.
Pure cotton wears out faster and loses its color. In addition, a large portion of our laces, especially the solid-colored ones, are made from recycled materials.

All our aglets are Eco-green (made from corn fiber).
Are your laces wrapped?
No, to limit waste, our laces are delivered either with a band or on a cardboard card to reduce waste.
We favor recycled bubble envelopes and reduce the use of excess packaging to the maximum.
For professionals, we offer custom packaging or simple bands.
Eco-responsible packaging, minimalist packaging, zero-waste laces.
Do you offer partnerships?
Yes! We regularly collaborate with sneaker brands, fashion shows, exhibitions, or creative events.
