Delivery is free for purchases over 15 euros in France (approx. 3 pairs), so take advantage of it!

SHIPPING IN FRANCE

Our shipments in France are handled by La Poste via "Lettre Verte" with tracking. Delivery is made directly to your mailbox.

• Standard delivery in France (delivery in 2/3 days according to standard La Poste conditions in France) with tracking is €2.80.
• Processing and shipping in approx. 24/48 hours—excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping notification.

• Colissimo with signature required at €5.95 (24/48H processing and 2/3 day delivery). Order insured against loss and theft. Remember to provide your email address for tracking.

• Colissimo with signature required at €7.50 (24H processing and 48H delivery). If you are absent, your order will be available at your nearest post office; you will find a delivery notice or receive an email. Remember to provide your email address for tracking.

•  

  For Overseas Territories (Dom-Tom), delivery is tracked for 3.50 euros (delivery time 5-10 days). (Please note: there may be maritime customs fees on packages, which we do not cover.)

• NEW: DELIVERY VIA MONDIAL RELAY with insurance in France: Flat rate of 4.50 euros. Delivery time: 3/4 days.

Once you have chosen this relay delivery, Mondial Relay and Crazylace will send you an email to select your pickup point. You can then choose the one most convenient for you, near your home or work, etc.

Available everywhere in France. As soon as you have made your choice, we will immediately ship your order (on business days).

Your product will also be insured against loss and theft.

Shipments are made on the following days:

Shipping every two days: MONDAY-TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY

(Processing in 24H/48H from the time of your order)

Attention: All orders placed on Thursday after 11:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

On public holidays, shipping may be delayed to another day.

European delivery with tracking is €6.20.

You will automatically receive a tracking number at the email address provided during your order as soon as your order is shipped.

European delivery times: 3 to 6 days

Mondial Relay Europe: (not available in all countries) with insurance: €5.60

For international shipments, we recommend that you provide your email address and mobile phone number.

Please note: Customs fees remain your responsibility for "Non-European" destinations, generally applicable for purchases over 150 euros.

All orders are sent in a white protective bubble envelope. Your order does not require your presence; if you are absent, your order will be placed directly in your mailbox.

*For customers in Switzerland, the UK, or other countries outside the European Union, you are importing products that may be subject to local taxes and customs duties. These duties remain the responsibility of the customer.
